Shipping
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship Monday – Friday.
Singapore: 2 – 4 business days
Malaysia & Indonesia: 4 – 7 business days
Thailand / Philippines / Vietnam: 5 – 9 business days
United States / Europe / Australia: 7 – 14 business days
Once your parcel is on the way you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow every step.
2. My package still hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
First, check the tracking link for any updates. If there’s no movement for 48 hours, or the status says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number. Still need help? Email us and we’ll open a trace.
Orders
1. I ordered the wrong item—can I cancel or change my order?
Orders enter our packing queue almost immediately, so changes are rarely possible. Please double-check your cart before checkout.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an address error, we’ll refund the product cost minus the original shipping fee once it arrives back at our warehouse.
2. Can I return the product I ordered?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened skincare products. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details and eligibility.
3. My item arrived damaged or an item is missing—what now?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.
Product
1. Are Dr.Jones products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes—every Dr.Jones formula is 100 % vegan, cruelty-free, and dermatologist-tested. We never test on animals.
2. What skin types are Dr.Jones products suitable for?
Our line is developed specifically for men’s skin, which tends to be thicker and oilier, but the formulas are gentle enough for all skin types—including sensitive skin.
3. Where are your products made?
All products are manufactured in GMP-certified facilities in South Korea and undergo strict quality control before leaving the factory.
Payments
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are SSL-encrypted for your security.
2. Which currency will I be charged in?
Orders to Singapore are processed in SGD. International customers will see prices in their local currency at checkout, based on real-time exchange rates.
